The green Elf havens are far behind. Nothing green in Mordor. Are green cloaks camouflage here?

Gollum is green, his eyes green lamps. Mr. Frodo says they aren’t green when he reaches Smeagol inside. I think he’s mistaken.

Frodo’s skin has a green cast, his eyes a green light. Sickness from eating the corrupted food of Mordor.

I hope.

I can only keep him warm, give him love, but he’s always alone. There is only One Ring. Even Gollum and Bilbo have only the memory.

I hope my love keeps him alive.
